Questions

Before you call

What's the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?

Pressure washing uses high-pressure water and works well on concrete and pavers. Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution. At MOM we use our own proprietary cleaning solution. Soft washing is the safe way to clean vinyl siding, stucco walls and screens. High pressure can damage those surfaces.

What's included in the Complete Exterior Package?

Driveway, walkway, entry, the outside of your gutters, and your back patio or lanai. It's $50 on top of a one-time house wash, and it's included at every visit on every protection plan. On a one-time cleaning, a patio or lanai that extends beyond the roofline is $50 more. On a protection plan there's no extra charge for it.

What isn't included?

Roofs, interior gutter flushing, vinyl or metal fence cleaning, and paver sealing are not included. For gutter flushing, fences or sealing, call or text 352-808-2082 for a quote.

How does the protection plan work?

After your first full cleaning at the regular price, you pay a flat monthly rate and choose how often we come back: Standard (every 4 months), Enhanced (every 3 months) or Premium (every 2 months). Every visit includes the house wash and the Complete Exterior Package. The agreement runs 12 months and renews automatically unless you cancel with 30 days' notice before it ends. If you sell your home, the plan can transfer to the new owner.

Will cleaning hurt my plants?

In the long run, no. We wet down and protect your plants before we start and rinse them again when we finish. In the Florida heat, some grass or plants close to the house can brown a little afterward, especially in summer or if they're dry when we arrive. They recover with time. The best protection is to water the area well at least an hour before we come and for a few days after.
